Saiyyidah Zaidi

Saiyyidah is a leadership advisor, coach, and trusted thought partner to C-suite leaders. She works at ExCo level across sectors, with a particular focus on CFOs and CEOs in wealth/asset management, financial services, and retail - partnering with leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making and lead with clarity in high stakes contexts.

Saiyyidah spent over 20 years in the public and private sector and left her fast-tracked career to curate a portfolio focused on two areas: leadership advisory and academic research. She has a PhD in Critical Studies and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. Saiyyidah is a faculty member with Meyler Campbell.

She lives in London with her husband, two young adult children, and Tiger the cat. Saiyyidah is passionate about holistic wellbeing, travel, life-long learning and excellent coffee.
