With a background spanning law, strategy, organisational change and executive coaching, Jenni brings a warm, thoughtful and practical approach to leadership under pressure. She helps leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, address tension, and make decisions that enable people and organisations to thrive.
Jenni has held senior roles including Chief People Officer at Arup and Advent International, is a Non-Executive Director at CIL Management Consultants, teaches on the faculty at Meyler Campbell, and is a Trustee and board member at Westminster Abbey. She is the author of Leading for Organisational Change.
